  • Customers can cancel their orders or requested services within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • For services, cancellations must be requested before the service has been initiated or delivered.

Provide your order number, payment details, and the reason for cancellation. Once your cancellation request is verified and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds will be processed through the Original Mode of Payment used by the customer.
  • Please allow up to 10 to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Important Notes

  • If the cancellation request is not made within the specified timeframe or does not meet the above conditions, the order or service may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Any shipping or handling fees incurred before cancellation are non-refundable.
